INFORMATION ABOUT HIGHMOUNT

The small town of Highmount is situated in the beautiful Catskill Mountain
region of New York State, just 2 1/2 hours from New York City and at the
base of Belleayre Mountain Ski Resort. Famous for its fabulous fall
foliage, the area also offers fine dining, antique shopping and flea
markets. In addition, visitors will be able to enjoy a plethora of
recreational opportunities year-round including skiing, hiking, mountain
biking, horseback riding, trout fishing and white water tubing. Other
popular tourist attractions in the area include the town of Woodstock,
only 20 miles away and Cooperstown, about 70 minutes West.
