Centennial House is truly one of the premier inns in St. Augustine. The inn was completely restored from the ground up in 1998 and is listed in the National Register as a certified historic structure.
Located in the heart of the historic district, Centennial House is perfectly located for walking to the shops, restaurants, and historic sites. The pristine beaches are just within 10 miles. Northeast Florida's climate offers year-round occupancy. Centennial House's extensive website has wide exposure on the Internet. Referral tracking shows extensive repeat guests -Florida residents, domestic visitors, and global travelers. Innkeepers' quarters are on-site in the ground floor of the Carriage House. Centennial House has eight guest rooms. Offered turnkey, each room has either a queen or king bed, sound insulation for privacy, TV/VCR concealed in an armoire, ceiling fans for comfort and style, individual climate control, down blanket and pillows, Egyptian cotton towels, bed linens of at least 300 count 100% cotton, robes, hairdryer, phone, and wireless internet access. Six rooms have oversized whirlpools and the other two have very large walk-in showers. Three rooms have working gas fireplaces. Attention to every detail is of utmost importance.
