· Very durable and long lasting High Gloss Automobile Paint was used on the front door and interior trim, including the baseboards and the 2200 linear feet of custom crown molding; this helps prevent yellowing and ding marks
· Solid core exterior and interior doors are appointed with Baldwin solid brass hardware
· Rheostats (dimmers) on many lights
· Custom Victorian wooden décor throughout, including the Double Barley Twisted Spindles from Italy in the extra wide staircase. The very large antique stained glass window, “Lady in the Garden”, graces the upper stair case
· Ethernet and wireless high speed internet connections are supported throughout the house by Cable.
· Cable TV is available in all guest rooms and owners’ quarters.
