DESCRIPTION 
Wonderful successful B&B located in Washington's Historic Victorian Seaport of Port Townsend. A stately Italianate style Victorian home built in 1885, the Henry Bash House, named The English Inn Bed & Breakfast, has been one of Port Townsend's finest B&B's since 1985.

Located on 1/3 acre right in town, there are 4 guest rooms, all with private baths, common living room & dining room, and an English style media/pub room. The pub room (The Royal & Ancient Room) can be used for special events or for guest entertaining. It features a big screen, 600W surround sound, and a custom built bar. It is also accessed from the owner's quarters so it can be used privately by owners.

The owners quarter's consist of: Large kitchen with eating space & office area, large bedroom off kitchen, full bathroom, laundry room, large porch & sundeck (these are all located in the house off the dining room, totally separate from guest spaces). There is also a daylight bedroom/bath in the basement with its own private entrance. There is also a small outbuilding used for a home office. Parking consists of a 2 car carport for owners plus guest parking lot for 5 cars. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths.

The English Inn is decorated with antiques, with a touch of British flair. Many updates have been finished over the past few years; examples being new porches, updated bathrooms, new carpets, new paint inside and out, new sundeck. This is a comfortable beautiful home you would be proud to own!

The English Inn B&B will come turn-key. The B&B is well advertised, and we keep up on all of the latest trends to promote our business i.e. excellent website with flash, online availability and bookings, and a strong Google presence.

Port Townsend is a wonderful tourist destination location, and, a great place to live. Other B&B owners, and the Chamber, are helpful and supportive. Any training needed will be provided, and we will do our best to make the transition smooth. We are planning on staying in the area.
