BnB4sale.com offers one flat fee listing for owners to list their properties for sale with us in our main guide: Two photos, a floor plan layout, plus a detailed listing with a link to your webpage. There is a $190.00 one time fee for a listing. Additional photos may be added to your listing for $20.00 per photo. Go to the following form to submit your entry. Join Us Now!Our annual fee of $190.00 includes the following:
- PROMPTNESS: your listing will be in place within a day or maximum 3 business days upon receipt a form and payment
- CUSTOMER SERVICE. We pride ourselves on our relationships with our customers and viewers.
Each guide listing includes:
- A separate page that has "index card" look that makes it easier for viewers to compare the properties (please see on the following link to view an example of "For sale" listing.
- A floor plan link/or photo
- Email link features a subject line: I found you on bnb4sale.com. This allows you to track your return on advertising with us: you will know exactly how many potential buyers found your inn on www.bnb4sale.com.
- Contact information including name, address, telephone number, etc.
- Details such as asking price, price per square foot, price per room, occupancy rate, year built, number of guestrooms and bathrooms, gross building area.
- Registration of your listing's URL with major search engines: the internet viewer can find your listing in two ways: by going to www.ibbp.com, www.bnb4sale.com and searching through our site or by finding your listing's URL directly on popular search engine such as msn.com, go.com, aol.com, etc.
- Monthly stats report for your listing: a stats report will be posted on our site at the end of each month so you know how many hits/unique visits your listing received. We use Webtrends a market leader as our main statistical software. Extreme Tracker is also available.
- Unlimited changes to your listing at any time
- Additional Promotional opportunities (please read below)

Fee Based:
- Featured Inn on our home page: www.bnb4sale.com and mirrored on www.Ibbp.com/sale.html. Your inn' photo and link will be featured on the main page (3,000 - 4,000 unique visits a month; cost $100.00/month).
- Featured Inn on other index pages: You can also request us to place your inn on a country page ($40.00/month) or a state page ($30.00/month, see the Washington page for an example.. First come first serve basis. Contact sales@ibbp.com for more information, statistics for specific pages and for additional promotional options, such as banner ads.
Free For Existing Customers:
- Contribute an article on your experience of innkeeping, selling, or purchasing of your inn. We will include a link to your article and your listing from the main page www.bnb4sale.com. Email webmaster@ibbp.com if you are interested.
What BnB4sale is doing to promote our site and your listing :
- Continuously working on promoting our website and all of our listings on the search engines: type bed and breakfast for sale on aol.com, goto , go.com, etc. and we consistently come up in the top 10. Also try to search for a bed and breakfast for sale in a specific area and see where we
come up.
- Link exchange with other travel related popular sites.
- Keeping our graphics in the form that is quick to download so that our visitors do not leave us before the photo is fully downloaded.
- We do not offer multiple packages or levels of listings. Our goal is to bring a comparable information to the Internet viewer and we will strive to keep all our listings in the similar format, with the exception of number of photos which you can add at $20.00 /per photo.
