INFORMATION ABOUT WENATCHEE

Wenatchee is located in central Washington's beautiful Wenatchee Valley. The Columbia River flows through the middle of this fertile valley providing numerous outdoor attractions. If the outdoors is of interest, you can enjoy fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, or exploring area parks. The town itself offers visitors shops, restaurants, activities, and yearly festivals. Area attractions worth a look include rides on the Riverfront Park/Saunders Steam Train, or exploring the Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center. Yearly and ongoing festivals include Art on the Avenues. a year long outdoor sculpture exhibit. the Apple Blossom Festival, the last weekend in April through the first weekend in May, and the Mariachi Festival in April.
